I have a calm approach to Personal Training (who really wants to be shouted at?) and utilise a variety of methods to ultimately develop a routine that you actually enjoy!
Movement and training are truly individualised, and with my approach you can be sure that your training is solely built for you.
Sessions with me are based in a private studio space in Greenwich, London, but I can also travel under the right circumstances.
