When you have purchased one of my packages, you will then create an account to access the online platform and the Fitnitiative app. 

Once you have created your account, you will be automatically be sent a welcome email with a link to download the app.

After a few short forms and communication with me, you will be ready to get started!

Download and connect MyFitnessPal to keep your nutrition and training all in one place!

Progress Tracking

Input your weight, body measurements and progress pictures to monitor your development. Tracking software in the app will map your progressions from workout to workout.

Scheduled Calendar

Have your workouts with exercise videos, nutrition, daily habits and progress updates scheduled on your own personal calendar. Receive notifications and keep on top of your training.

Video Feedback

Each week I will send you video feedback on your nutrition, exercise programming, habits and exercise form (from videos you send me).

Flexible Programming

I will constantly adapt and change your programming (if necessary), in accordance with your needs. Can't do 4 days a week? I will adapt your pogromming to 3. Travelling? I will adapt your programme to suit the equipment at hand.
