I’ve been a part of the field of fitness for 10 years, with a mixture of educational and practical experience. My interest started with Injury Rehabilitation, before deciding to study for my Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
I chose to become a Personal Trainer to help people achieve a level of health and fitness that will enable them to move and live better. Since becoming a Personal Trainer 4 years ago, I have achieved further accolades as an Exercise Physiologist (ACSM) and Master’s Degree in Sports Management
My philosophy to exercise is simple: Training that Matters. I aim to help you find an exercise routine that you enjoy whilst facilitating your change to a healthier lifestyle.
