Why do personal training?
Training with a personal trainer is the fastest way to reach your goals. Personal training makes you accountable, invested and serious about what you want to achieve. The personal trainer (me), takes care of all of the programming, nutritional guidance and technical side of things. All you have to do is show up and try your best.
Any goals that you set with a trainer are your goals, and can be anything from increasing strength, losing weight, gaining muscle, improving performance or training for a better life.
There’s plenty of stereotypes about personal trainers, some often true; but the trick is to find the right trainer for you.
