Client V has a busy job with frequent travel, and initially reached out to me after hitting a platuea with their fat loss. They’d done a great job in losing some weight, but wanted to take it to the next level. After our initial consultation, we decided on few things we could keep doing, whilst layering in some new key habits and behaviours each week. We also began a tailored resistance training program to build muscle and strength. A big part of our coaching together was also about improving the relationship and education around food to ensure results are sustainable.
Client K is a busy working mum of two. She reached out to me after struggling to shift the weight from two pregnancies, and wanted to regain the confidence in her body she once had. Being a busy working mum, it was important we developed a strategy that allowed flexibility and didn’t add stress to her already stressful lifestyle. Taking all of this into consideration, we came up with a nutritional strategy and home workout regime to get her into the shape she wanted.
Client G wanted to lose weight and fit into her old clothes after recently having a child. After looking at her current lifestyle, needs, wants, and preferences; we came up with an approach best for her. No calorie tracking involved, we focused on tuning her diet to include a wider variety of foods, whilst working on key habits and behaviours to lose the weight she wanted.
