As a specialist in nutrition and pain free training, I have an extensive educational background that began with my bachelors degree in sports and exercise science.
Since then, I have studied and obtained credentials in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, pain free performance, nutrition and exercise physiology.
I have been lucky enough to study and learn from some of the leading practitioners in the fitness and nutrition industries, regularly attending workshops and seminars to continually develop my knowledge and skills as a practitioner.
Ultimately, I see myself as a lifelong learner and I plan to keep my practice seeded in the most current research to ensure my clients receive the quality of service they deserve.
